Welcome to our monthly recap of stories relating to The Internet of Unintended Consequences. This month’s stories cover many issues including: the coming of the digital state; new EU privacy directive; Terms of Service art exhibit; digital bill of rights; government digital reinvention; government, online & First Amendment; the end of Net Neutrality; and more.
