Internet of Unintended Consequences (IoUC), Law2sm, LLC, and Worldwide Editing, are committed to protect the privacy of users of the website and apps.


This Privacy Policy applies whether you are accessing the Site via a personal computer via, a mobile device or any other technology or devices now known or hereafter developed or discovered (each, a “Device“) and whether you are accessing the Site as a registered user or other user of the Site.

This Privacy Policy will remain in full force and effect, even if your use of or participation in the Site or any particular service, feature, function or promotional activity offered through the Site terminates, expires, ceases, is suspended or deactivated for any reason. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not participate in the Site or any features, activities or services offered through the Site.

The Site is designed and targeted to U.S. audiences and is governed by and operated in accordance with the laws of the U.S. We make no representation that this Site is operated in accordance with the laws or regulations of, or governed by, other nations. By participating in our Site activities, you certify that you meet the age and other eligibility requirements for this Site as set forth in our Terms of Use Agreement. The IoUC Site may include the ability to “share” content from to your social network accounts and/or to link your accounts, at your direction. We will post information to your social media account only at your explicit direction by clicking on one of the social media share buttons. We retrieve information, such as “likes”, “subscriptions”, and “friend lists” to improve content recommendations. We do NOT share this information with advertisers or sell the information to any third parties except for those listed in the Information Disclosure section above, but we reserve the right to share aggregated information about our audience with no personally identifiable information.


The IoUC website will occasionally post links to other websites as additional resources or sources of information, to be used at your discretion. IoUC, Law2sm, LLC, and/or Worldwide Editing is not responsible and makes no warranties in regards to those sites, each of which may have their own privacy policy that should be reviewed by you before continuing to use that website.


In the event of a sale, merger, liquidation, dissolution, or sale or transfer of substantially all of the assets of Law2sm, LLC, and/or Worldwide Editing personal Information and/or usage data collected about you from the Site may be sold, assigned, or transferred to the party acquiring all or substantially all of the equity and/or assets of Law2sm, LLC, and/or Worldwide Editing in order to permit the party to continue the operation of the Site. Subject to your ability to opt-out as described above, by using this Site and submitting your information to us, you consent to the sale and transfer of your information as described in this paragraph.
